Wocas are made by the same company that produces Holgas. They're plastic, inexpensive, medium format cameras. The Woca produces sharper images due to its glass lens (the Holga has a plastic lens which gives it a softer focus). Another feature of the plastic camera is its faulty light-fastness. Unless you tape up the camera with black gaffer's tape, you're pretty much guaranteed light-leaks spilling onto your film. I like this effect, especially with color film. Again, not necessarily an aesthetic embraced by your traditional zone-system photographer.
